Overview + Key Features

The goal of this project was to convert the existing office space to private offices for the Senior Vice President.

Challenges
A major unforeseen challenge that was faced during this project was that the manufacturer we were using for demountable partitions had gone out of business. This roadblock arose after the client determined both size and style. We then had to search for a new demountable partition manufacturer that could match the desired look as closely as possible.

Solution
Though this challenge arose, we were successful in finding an alternate vendor that could match the previously chosen demountable partitions closely while meeting the schedule. Because the space was high profile and it needed to be changed over quickly, all long procurement items were released early and during design development.

End Result
Ultimately, the challenge that arose with the demountable partition vendor going out of business could have set our team far back. However, we decided to do more research, and find another vendor that aligned well with the design choices.  As a result, the space was successfully renovated to the ideal spec and in accordance with the schedule created.
