Our Standards
At Einstein’s Solutions, operating safely is imperative at each site we work. We ensure our team abides by all rules and follows all standard PPE requirements. We are committed to protecting our team, our clients, and the public on every project site. Additionally, our team ensures all equipment is inspected prior to beginning work.
EMR Rating
Our team has an EMR rating of .88. In Massachusetts, the average EMR rating for construction companies is 1.0. Companies that have a lower than 1.0 average indicate that the company has a better-than-average safety record.
Certifications
Every crew member receives ongoing training to ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local safety regulations. Our team is equipped to handle all projects and have obtained OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications, and hoisting licenses.
PPE Requirements
Our team is required to wear the correct PPE when on job sites. This includes wearing a hard hat, work gloves, high-vis vests, safety glasses, and safety toed boots. Ensuring our crew is wearing proper safety attire helps us reduce injuries and maintain a safe working environment.
