Project Manager

Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion and closeout. Coordinate clients, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, schedules, budgets, procurement, and project documentation. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive leader with strong commercial construction experience and a commitment to Einstein’s core values.


Requirements​

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.

  • Procore experience and knowledge of scheduling, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout.

  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications; life sciences, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or healthcare experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills; valid driver's license required.

Pay​

  • ​$25.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

​​

Landscape Supervisor

Directs and supervises the safe work of assignments to the landscape maintenance division. Works as a member along with them in a professional manner.​


Requirements​

  • 2-4 years related experience

  • ​Valid driver's license and DOT

  • Ability to supervise

  • Equipment operation​​

Pay​

  • ​$25.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Landscape Foreman

Directs and supervises the safe work of assigned workers and works as a member along with them in a professional manner. Directly supervises two to four landscape workers and laborers.​


Requirements​

  • Valid drivers license

  • ​2-4 years related experience​

Pay​

  • $25.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Landscape Maintenance 

​Performs all landscaping activities and exceeds company quality expectations by performing duties, including, but not limited to the following:
Operates landscaping equipment, including mowers, weed eaters, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers and various hand tools in accordance with approved operating requirements and safety procedures.   

​​

Requirements​

  • ​​One to two years related experience and/or training​.

  • Clean and safe driving record, with valid driver’s license, (CDL helpful).

  • Will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

  • Snowplowing, shoveling and de-icing during winter months.

Pay​

  • $18.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Landscape Construction Laborer

Responsible for performing various construction jobs, maintaining work area and practicing good safety habits including, but not limited to the following duties. Dig holes and lay brick and stone. Install plant material, sod and seed, mulch and loam. Responsible for regrading and drainage. Build retaining walls. Demolish existing landscape and hardscapes.​


Requirements​

  • ​​One to two years related experience and/or training​

  • Valid driver's license​​​​​​​​​​

Pay​

  • $25.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

​

Carpenter / Facilities Management

Provides the physical labor required to maintain or construct a project in a proper, efficient, and safe manner by performing the following duties. ​


Requirements​

  • 5+ years carpentry experience

  • Valid drivers license

  • Safely operate equipment onsite​

  • Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs. regularly

Pay​

  • ​$30.00-$35.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications​​​

Class A / Class B Truck Driver

Operates heavy-duty trucks with three axles to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, asphalt, and other construction-related goods. The driver is responsible for ensuring timely and safe deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. 

Requirements​

  • Valid CDL, Class A or B, and clean driving record

  • 1-3 years experience minimum

Pay​

  • ​$30.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

​

Snow Removal Drivers / Shovelers

Snow removal drives and shovelers work independently or under the direction of the Site Manager/Foreman to efficiently clear snow from roads and parking lots at commercial and industrial properties throughout Massachusetts. The role prioritizes safety, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.

Requirements​

  • 6 months minimum previous snow removal experience.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

  • Great time management skills; available for seasonal long hours, a clear schedule to work all hours of the day, any day of the week and a strong work ethic. This position will require, potential holiday work.

  • This is a weather dependent position with no guaranteed hours.​
