Overview + Key Features​​

​This project involved completing landscape around a newly constructed commercial building. 

​Challenges

Our team ran into a few challenges throughout this project. The timeframe for completion was 12 months, ultimately pushing the execution for landscaping into the later part of fall. There was an overall short window for the work to be completed in the field. Additionally, the team required large quantities of plant material, which meant that several nurseries needed to be utilized.

​Solution

Our team had a list of substitution plants ready, ultimately aiding in the tagging process across multiple nurseries. Additionally, we established coordinated deliveries with the different vendors to ensure all plant material was at the site the first four days of us being there. We had two full landscape install teams and equipment, and completed $400K work of work in three weeks.

End Result

Both the design team and client were very happy with how the project turned out.
