This project marked the third renovation of this particular lab space. Key upgrades included the installation of two new fan coil units, twenty-four medical gas drops, a 225V sub panel for emergency power, a dedicated transformer, and epoxy flooring to enhance durability and cleanliness.

The team navigated several challenges, including later stage design modifications and a compressed project timeline that required agile execution.

Consistent communication among all stakeholders played a vital role in keeping the project on track. Close collaboration with the project manager  on site helped ensure a smooth workflow, as they effectively coordinated with their subcontractors to meet deadlines and adapt to evolving requirements.
