Dust Collection System
Overview
This project involved installing a new dust collection system in an active GMP production environment. Through close coordination with the client, engineers of record, and local fire officials, the project was completed on schedule and on budget while meeting GMP requirements and minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

Navigating complex existing conditions to develop a layout that meets GMP and equipment requirements for all of the equipment within the space.

Designing, developing, and building a custom I/O rack to enable communication between the new dust collection system and the building’s BAS.

Ensuring the new Fike system—intended to be supervisory—could be integrated with a building that already had an active Fike system on the fire alarm panel.

Completing all coordinated work within a limited shutdown window for GMP production.
