Safety Protocols Onsite
December 10th , 2025
At Einstein’s, we place high importance on staying safe at every job site we work on. Because of the nature of the job, accidents and injuries are prone to happen when completing projects and risks are elevated. We ensure our team is aware of the statistics of jobsite injuries, that our team is fully equipped with the necessary protective equipment to complete the job safely, and we recognize leaders on our teams that help enforce these protocols. A safe job site means a successful project and peace of mind for everyone involved.

Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Our team uses up-to-date protective equipment on all job sites. While working onsite, we require that our team wear hard hats, work gloves, high-vis vests, safety glasses, and safety toed boots. According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), “proper use of PPE can reduce workplace injuries by up to 60%, significantly decreasing incidents of eye injuries, respiratory conditions, and hand injuries” (“Personal”). To prevent injuries, it's imperative for everyone to take advantage of the measures in place to keep them safe.

Signage Onsite

We also ensure signage is posted at all jobsites, in several locations. This lets anyone onsite know they are in a location where the risk of danger is elevated. On the posted signage, we list that beyond the posted sign, 100% PPE is required, and which items are required to be worn.

Safety Award Winners

To recognize our employees that go above and beyond in reinforcing and prioritizing safety procedures, we have implemented a monthly Safety Award. We are looking to bring special attention to our workers that lead by example and nominate them for the award.
