Overview + Key Features​
This project has involved installing a very large Kardex machine inside our clients' warehouse. This machine is a revolving storage container that is full of spare parts. The goal was to install a second Kardex machine next to the existing machine, one that can contain larger items. This new machine is 35 ft tall. Additionally, our team has helped with renovating the office furniture within the storage area as well.

Challenges
Most projects typically have at least one challenge that arises. In this case, there were some challenges with logistics and assembling this very large machine.

Solution​
The assembly challenges did not stop our team, and we decided to assemble some sections outside, while also bringing in pieces in increments to assemble inside.

End Result
As a result of the new installation of the second Kardex unit, our client now has an increase in shelf space, and can now store away larger parts that previously were unable to be put away in in an organized way.
