This project was designed for maximum green space in tight areas. The site was under construction and all facets of the project were underway simultaneously.

​Challenges
The site work was going on during the landscape install. The building construction took place during landscape installation. There was a lot of traffic between workers and deliveries.

​Solution
To ensure the process went as smoothly as possible during the designated time frame, our team facilitated coordination between the client, the site contractor and our subs. Every afternoon we would discuss strategies to have production always moving forward. Some weeks we used weekends to make up for any down time during the week. We had all our material on a  first delivery schedule to have all the items off loaded prior to the morning rush. We staged our equipment in areas where we would be most efficient throughout the day. Finally, we kept in constant contact with the GC and Site supers planning and scheduling to make sure everyone’s job was flowing.

End Result
This project has been completed, and the landscape install has had very little issues. The site is full of trees and full-grown plants providing a great space to enjoy while on breaks or lunch. We still have the service contract for the facility and have continued to do update projects with them yearly.
