Overview + Key Features
This project had two main goals. A new hardscape was to be constructed at their new building, and the commercial building needed new landscaping.

​Challenges
The project had a fast timetable, where the work was to be completed within a ten-month schedule.  Some of the items we were looking to use for this project had long lead times  (like the pavers, tree grates and site furnishings).

​Solution
To mitigate issues with the long lead times, we procured all materials in advance utilizing the general contractor's storage​ for early deliveries. This meant that once the curbs and sidewalks were completed, we were able to begin right away. We also worked closely with the general contractor for sequencing a work plan that allowed an earlier start. We also navigated plant availability well by including potential substitutions. 


End Result
Both the design team and the client were very pleased with the results of the project.
