Behind the Scenes & Overcoming Challenges
September 18th, 2025
When in the construction industry, obstacles are always bound to arise throughout the process. Though obstacles come up, we are always determined to provide solutions and ultimately provide a result everyone is proud of. To minimize the challenges that could arise, our team does everything we can to prepare our materials, ensure everyone is adhering to the same schedule and have backup plans in place for if something out of our control arises and we need to adapt.

Delays with Material Arrivals

At times, our team faces challenges with late arrivals for different materials. While this is out of our control and we place orders in advance to prevent challenges, there are times they arise and we have to work quickly to find a solution. Typically, we have backup plans in place to avoid struggling in the middle of a project.

When our construction team completes projects, there have been times in the past where the companies we have partnered with have gone out of business. Our team needs to act urgently in cases like these to ensure we meet the deadlines for our clients. For one project in particular, we had ordered demountable partitions and after they were approved and ordered, the company shut down. We were able to act fast, find an alternative company to help us and match the new partitions as closely as we could to the original order.

On the landscape side of our business, there are times our team will coordinate with different nurseries to tag plants and have alternate plants that will fit into the scope of the project. Additionally, our team has faced times where we have set plant materials aside on site to help prepare for the upcoming project. This has helped us greatly with scheduling and ensuring that we meet deadlines.

Weather

The projects we work on are sometimes impacted by the weather and each season comes with it’s own challenges. Temperature changes, rain, heat, etc. can become hurdles that need to be overcome to complete projects. This past spring, our team faced complications with an unusually rainy season, creating difficulties with our landscaping projects. One landscape project in particular was completely covered in mud, making transportation of different vehicles difficult or impossible in some cases. This means that our team is expected to have backup plans and we need to be quick to come up with resolutions.

Our construction team faces weather challenges as well. One project required welding pipes to rooftops, and because it was particularly cold when completing this project, our team faced challenges. To avoid these obstacles as much as possible, our team prepared extensively ahead of time by securing early procurement of the unit and the structural steel.

Reducing Disturbances for Clients

Many of the projects we work on involve or surround spaces where our clients are doing their regular tasks and jobs. This means that we need to be particularly aware of the environment we are working on, and at times we are required to complete the job off hours. Some of our past projects have involved Executive level offices, and schools in session where the environment is required to be undisturbed.

Our team has made it a point to go above and beyond with our clients. We make it a special point to learn our clients’ needs and operate in those optimal ways.

Importance of Preparation

By being prepared ahead of projects and by focusing on the importance of aligning different parts of the projects before it begins, we are much more inclined to meet deadlines and make our clients happy.

When you entrust Einstein’s Solutions to complete your project, we stand by our work and make sure it’s completed according to everyone’s standards.
