Women in Construction

October 16th, 2025

Einstein’s Solutions Inc. has proudly been a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) for the past 17 years. Under the leadership of our owner, Jennifer Langton, who has successfully owned and operated Einstein’s for 19 years, we’ve built strong partnerships with clients, grown our team, and expanded our capabilities across construction, landscaping, and snow services

What is a WBE?

A Women’s Business Enterprise certification is awarded to companies that are at least 51% women-owned and operated. Being WBE certified opens the door to a network of like-minded businesses, where companies can connect, collaborate, and share resources. It also helps inspire and empower future women business owners to take leadership roles in their respective industries.

Importance of a Women Owned Business

According to the American Institute of Constructors, women make up only about 11% of the construction industry. Being WBE certified not only highlights our role in diversifying the industry but also demonstrates to future generations that women can successfully own and lead businesses in predominantly male fields.

Women-owned businesses also bring fresh perspectives and diverse problem-solving approaches that help strengthen the industry

As Abigail Langton, our Business Development Manager, puts it, “"Having WBE's in male dominated industries is particularly important, it brings different perspectives, values, and thought processes to the table. Fostering the opportunity for new voices to be heard in a room that traditionally only held space for men. Not only do I find immense value in working for a WBE, but Einstein's Solutions Inc. is a family business as well. When you bring these values together you create a force to be reckoned with."

Forward and Future Growth

At Einstein’s Solutions, being a certified Women’s Business Enterprise is more than just a certification, it’s part of who we are and works itself into our daily operations. We’re proud to lead by example, showing that women can thrive in construction and related industries while inspiring the next generation to do the same. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to creating opportunities, building lasting partnerships, and bringing fresh perspectives to every project we take on.
