Future Generations

​​​

One way we enjoy giving back to the community is through teaching younger generations through demonstrations and inspiring them to get excited about the industry. In July 2025, we had the exciting opportunity to showcase a few pieces of equipment at our local Touch-a-Truck event. Students were able to explore our equipment and imagine what it would be like to operate it. It’s not often that the opportunity presents itself to be able to go inside a large excavator or Tri-Axel!

​Additionally, our team taught how to properly plant Cardinal flower plugs during an event called “Plant Your Seed”. The goal of this demonstration was to encourage the attendees to continue planting and improve biodiversity in their own spaces. By teaching proper planting techniques, we hope more people will have success growing native plants that benefit local ecosystems and contribute to a healthier environment.​

All-Persons Trail

​

We were excited to attend the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the newly renovated All-Persons trail we completed at Wolbach Farm in Sudbury. This trail is now accessible for people of all ability levels, and attending the ribbon cutting helped us get a deeper understanding of the need for more accessible trails. During this ceremony, our team learned that only 10% of all Massachusetts trails are accessible for different abilities.

Giving Back Internally

Supporting our community starts within our own walls. We want to provide recognition for the members of our team that make these projects possible. Throughout the year, we like to show our team how valuable their dedication is to us. We celebrate hard work with planned celebrations such as Taco Tuesday, a summer BBQ, Oktoberfest, and an annual company holiday party. We also enjoy random surprises like bringing donuts for our crew to enjoy together. Creating a good sense of camaraderie is imperative in fostering a successful environment.
