30 Year Anniversary

This year, Einstein’s Solutions, Inc. is proudly celebrating thirty years in the construction industry. It’s a milestone that gives us the chance to reflect on the challenges we’ve overcome, the expertise we’ve built, and the ways we’ve grown both technologically and, in our capabilities, as we look ahead to the future.

Einstein's Beginning

​

Thirty years ago, David Langton turned his vision for Einstein’s into reality. Armed with a few tools, a pickup truck, and a small team of three, he set out to build something lasting. In 1997, Jennifer Langton joined the office team and played a key role in helping the company evolve, eventually becoming its President. Through determination and adaptability, Einstein’s grew from a landscaping focused business and now includes construction and snow related services.

This growth has helped us expand into areas like life science construction. Today, our team continues to embrace new obstacles head-on, no matter what the challenge may be (fast-paced schedules, lead time changes, etc.) and we take pride in finding the best option for you.

Advancements Made

​

Over time, our equipment has expanded from our original pickup truck to now including a new fleet of trucks, a fully operational team of plows, and a brand-new facility to house it all. Each of these new additions has supported us in expanding our capabilities, allowing us to solve more challenges and help new clients. As we’ve grown, our connections have as well, and we have built mutually beneficial and long-lasting partnerships with our clients. We aim to please and ensure our results do so.

Internal and External Processes

As Einstein’s has evolved over time, we have seen the importance of having clear communication with everyone involved in the process whether it be internal, with our subcontractors or our clients. Ensuring that everyone operates under a clearly defined schedule and understands what expected deadlines look like helps the project run more efficiently. Having clear communication and pre-planning has allowed us to alter plans quickly if needed while remaining on schedule.

A Look to the Future

In the future, Einstein’s Solutions, Inc. is looking forward to continuing to grow in every way (with connections, in our capabilities and ultimately helping more clients). We are looking forward to future opportunities and are thrilled at the endless opportunities for the future. Here’s to what’s in store next!
